Drop-Copter

About the Robot.

 

My name is Seth Nydam, I am an undergraduate student at the University of Florida and studying Aerospace Engineering. I am the creator of the Roller-Copter. It is the result of a project in the class Intelligent Machine Design Lab (IMDL). The robot is required to be completely autonomous and have at least four sensors including a special sensor. The roller-copter will be able to fly with a roll cage with attached paint rollers. It will be able to determine color, direction, and walls which it should paint. This website is used to document the progress of the robot as it is built.
